• You can add leaves and weekends from leave calendar for each class and this will reflect in every users’ dashboard

• When you click on Subject Mark Field, you can add fields to the result of that particular subject
• For example, if you have practical and theory both tests in Science exam, you can add a field for entering Practical exam marks

• Add Organization Information
• Fill school information like school logo, name, etc. and save
• Add/update social page/profiles’ links
• Can unlock enable SMS functionality if the SMS add-on is purchased

Social

• You will be able to enter your school’s social media page url like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest

SMS

• This function will only be enabled if you have purchased SMS Add-on

• You can add/update/delete information related with transportation such as vehicle no., driver name and contact no., route fees, etc. by clicking on Transport in left menu bar.

• Go to “Notify”> “+Notify”, choose an option from SMS or E-MAIL through which you want to send notifications
• Select the target group for which you want to notify i.e. all parents, all students, all teachers, etc.
• Draft your message. (now you can also multi-select individuals in v2.0.10)

Note: You can email to all the users for free but for activating messages function, you need to purchase our SMS add-on. Email notifications will be send from the School Email Address which you would have entered in School Details in General Settings.

WPSchoolPress Settings

Go to General Settings and Select Settings. You will find four tabs here – Info | Social | SMS | Licensing

1. Info
   • Add Organization Information
   • Fill school information like school logo, name, etc. and save
   • Add/update social page/profiles’ links
   • Can unlock enable SMS functionality if the SMS add-on is purchased
2. Social
   • Add your social media page links like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest
3. SMS
   • Nothing will show if you have not purchased SMS Add-on.
   • Well if you already have, you will be able to insert Twilio or SMS Lane details
4. Licensing
   • As you purchase the file, you need to download and install the zip file that you received in the email.
   • Now in your purchase receipt, you will see the license key on your screen, copy the key and paste it into the WPSchoolPress Settings’ License Tab as shown in the below given picture.
